Eccentric Minds Health & Wellness provides comprehensive ADHD evaluations for adults experiencing concerns with attention, focus, impulsivity, organization, or other symptoms that may be affecting daily functioning.
ADHD is evaluated through a comprehensive clinical assessment that considers your symptoms, history, functioning, and other conditions that may contribute to similar concerns.
QBCheck computerized ADHD assessment is available as an optional $125 self-pay add-on for patients who would benefit from additional objective data.

At the completion of the visit your provider will discuss findings, recommendations, and next steps
